Shipping policy

Enzuri Beauty online orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL. Please allow 2 - 3 business days after placing your order for processing and shipping, depending on product availability. For Expedited orders, your shipping rate will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Orders will not be shipped to P.O. Boxes.


You have the right to cancel your order at any time before your order has shipped by contacting our team – operations@enzuribeauty.com. If your order has shipped, unfortunately, can not be canceled.


PLEASE NOTE:
All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.


SHIPMENTS TO FORWARDING COMPANIES
Enzuri Beauty is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. This means that Enzuri Beauty is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
